Additionally to the assignment of foreign Technical Assistants toNepali organizations, DED Nepal administers a fund to support Local Professionals working in Nepali organizations.

Local organizations often have a good range of program activities and ideas, but are economically not in a position to fully pay the salary for a capable, appropriate person. This situation makes it very difficult to implement programs and herewith achieve the intended changes. In that case DED can assist you with its LP support, which means DED assists you financially by taking over a part of the salary payment. The amount of salary is adapted to local practice.
